Refund Policy

Services purchased on our website can only be refunded within 3 days of purchase. That being said, we rely on you, the customer, to choose carefully and ensure that the service you select suits your needs and requirements. If you decide over time that your service is no longer of interest, we suggest you share with a friend or family member. Just make sure you contact us at support@lookswoow.comto change the voucher in the other person’s name.

For products purchased on our website, they Cannot be refunded once shipped as they are medical in nature. We inspect every product prior to shipment to ensure its free from any defect. Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • If your Service voucher has expired
  • If you make a double purchase and did not request a refund within 3 days for services or if product has shipped already
  • If you change your plans after the refund grace period or shipment date
  • If you accidentally purchase a deal and not cancel within refund grace period or shipment date

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and may take up to 30 days from original purchase date.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
